Custom software with AI built in

When your process is unique — or customers and field staff need to use it — off-the-shelf tools fall short. We build software around how your company works, with AI inside the screens people already use.

“We need something built for how we work”

Sounds like you if…

  • Your process is what sets you apart, and off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit it.
  • Customers or field staff need to use it — not just the office.
  • You’ve seen AI work in smaller steps and want it built into your own tools.

When off-the-shelf stops fitting

Standard tools get you far. Then the way you work starts to outgrow them.

  • People work around software that doesn’t match your process.
  • Customers and field staff can’t use the tools your office uses.
  • The know-how that sets you apart lives in spreadsheets and people’s heads.

What you need at this phase

The biggest investment of the four phases — and the biggest payoff when your process is what sets you apart. It often grows out of an earlier-phase project that has already proved its value.

  • A clear picture of your processWe design around how you actually work, not a template.
  • A web or mobile appBuilt for your team and customers, and connected to your systems.
  • AI where it helpsReading documents, answering questions and flagging issues inside the app.
  • A staged launchStart with one job type or team, then grow.
  • Ongoing supportImprovements as your business changes.

About our custom builds

Demo with sample data

See it work: From job site to invoice

Before

Technicians scribble notes or text them in. The office retypes everything into billing, chases missing parts lists and calls to ask what was done.

Invoices go out days after the job
  1. The technician finishes a job and records a short voice note and photos in your company app.
  2. AI turns it into a clean job report: work done, parts used, anything to follow up on.
  3. The app checks the parts against inventory and the customer’s pricing, and builds a draft invoice.
  4. The office reviews and sends it. The customer gets the invoice and the report with photos.

What a person still does

  • The technician confirms the report before leaving the site.
  • The office approves every invoice before it goes out.
  • Warranty work and unusual jobs are flagged for a manager.

What it took

  • Build: a few months, in stages — usually starting with one type of job.
  • Tools: a custom mobile and web app, an AI model, and connections to your accounting and inventory systems.
  • Cost: a custom build, plus a small AI usage cost per job.

Where it falls short

Noisy job sites and rushed notes lead to mistakes in the report. That’s why the technician checks it before leaving.

Examples

From our work

Estimating and project dashboard

Before
Takeoffs, drawings and project questions were scattered across files and inboxes.
With AI
A shared dashboard holds every job’s takeoffs, open questions and 3D renderings of the plans — built for how this contractor works.
From our work

Law firm management platform

Before
Incoming documents were sorted and filed by hand.
With AI
The firm’s own platform classifies documents as they arrive and includes an AI email assistant.
Example

Customer status portal

Before
Customers call to ask “where’s my order?” and staff look it up in three systems.
With AI
A portal or app answers status questions from your live systems, and hands off to a person when needed.

How we do it

  1. We design around your process, not a template.
  2. We build the web or mobile app and connect it to your systems.
  3. We put AI where it helps: reading documents, answering questions, flagging issues.
  4. We launch, train your team, and keep improving it with you.
